Anger Management

From the Author

There are many controversial issues surrounding anger management programs and their effectiveness in teaching new ways to handle angry emotions. Does anger management really work? Should I try taking anger management if the skeptics are already telling me that it doesn’t work? What is the point of working on my anger if an anger management program might not work for me?

In looking for answers to these questions, I came up with my own theory of why some anger management programs may not work for everyone. The more I researched, the clearer the answers became. Not every anger management program is suited for everyone’s individual lifestyle. Struggling with an anger program that does not meet your individual needs or include your basic values and beliefs is the equivalent of setting yourself up for failure even if you remain dedicated in your studies.
Stop Anger Be Happy

Anger management does and can work for you. The key secrets in making powerful positive changes in your behavior require that the answers regarding your life come from you, not someone telling you how or what to do to make your own life perfect and the desire to change the behaviors that aren’t working for you anymore. When you are ready to take an active role in designing your own destiny, you will stay motivated in your learning by finding your own answers, setting up your own anger management program in a way that is comfortable and doable for your life. Stop Anger, Be Happy is designed with everyone’s needs in mind.

Let Stop Anger, Be Happy be your guide in setting up the right anger management program that will include your own life’s experiences and your own expertise. From learning about emotions to setting boundaries to learning proper communication, Stop Anger, Be Happy will show you how to make powerful changes and make them last a lifetime.
